Returns

You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from Arwathebrand.com. All returns include a 50 AED shipping charge

Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10-14  business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied. Once your return has been approved and processed you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment and a Refund Confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.

These are the options for returning your item(s):

Home collection

Log in with your username and password. You can make a return request from the order details screen. We will send a courier to pick up your package at the address of your choice within 24-48 hours.

Remember that you must send the items you wish to return within 14 days from the shipping date of your purchase, before the return period expires.

Drop point

Log in with your username and password and you can make a return request from the order details screen.

Remember that you must bring the items you wish to return to your nearest drop point within 14 days from the shipping date of your purchase, before the return period expires.

Refunds

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Except for orders paid for by Cash on Delivery for which refunds shall be made via bank transfer. Please also note that, if you enter your bank details during the return request, all the refunds related to this order will be done only through bank transfer.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

Return request

Remember that if you are returning a product from home or at a drop point, you must first complete the return request form. It is not necessary to include a printed receipt. We’d like to remind you that these options are only available for online purchases.

Return request modification

If you wish to modify or cancel your return request, please contact us so that we can process it. If you decide not to return an item indicated in the request, you do not have to carry out any procedure, since only you will only be given a refund for items received at our facilities.

Return packaging

If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order using any other packaging, as long as it is sealed correctly to avoid losing the item(s).

Within how many days can I request a refund?

After receiving the order and within 14 days only, you can submit a return request online. Please note that in order to complete the return request, you must have the items in their original condition with their tags available. This applies only to apparel and clothing. Swimwear, underwear, perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned under any circumstance for hygiene reasons.
